Brandy Johnson, MS, EdS, LPC - Clinical Director for Recovery Services. Ms. Johnson is the Clinical Director for Recovery Services and oversees the treatment programs for the Marshall County Phase I Drug Court, Phase II Drug Court, Family Treatment Drug Court, Juvenile Drug Court, Court Referral Program and the Work Release Program. She has worked in the addiction field for 22 years and previously was the Program Coordinator and Corporate Trainer for The Bridge, Inc. She has served as a contracted trainer for the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse Services Division and for the Southern Coast Addiction Technology Transfer Center. Ms. Johnson is dedicated to helping individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by the disease of addiction and believes that each individual and family has the ability to recover from this devastating disease.
Shane Tidwell is a Qualified Paraprofessional at Recovery Services. Mr. Tidwell is a member of the clinical team at Recovery Services, facilitating out-patient, psych-educational groups for clients under the supervision of Marshall County Phase I Drug Court, Phase II Drug Court, Family Treatment Drug Court, Juvenile Drug Court, Court Referral Program and the Work Release Program. Mr. Tidwell was previously employed at Cedar Lodge, where he provided clinical services for client seeking crisis residential substance abuse treatment. Mr. Tidwell is a person in long term recovery, and has been an active member of the recovery community for many years. Mr. Tidwell’s mission is to carry a positive message of recovery,and promote the many pathways of recovery, to those struggling with Substance Use Disorder, and their families.
