Lindsay Taylor & Roy Brown
Lindsay Taylor has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University (formerly PSI) and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Alabama. She is the co-founder of HopeSprings counseling whose mission includes serving those who serve our God, our community, or our country in any capacity. Lindsay has been working with military and first responders for several years – one of her passions. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and is certified to facilitate Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). Lindsay has a wonderfully supportive husband and two adorable sons.
LT. ROY BROWN
Guntersville Police Department
Lieutenant Roy Brown has served in law enforcement for 28 Years. He has worked with the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program for Guntersville City Schools and Marshall County Schools as well as the Marshall County District Attorney’s Drug Enforcement Unit, Investigations, Community Oriented Policing in the Guntersville Housing Authority, Guntersville Motor Cycle Unit, and Guntersville’s Marine Patrol. Lt. Brown currently serves as a Watch Commander for Delta Shift of the Guntersville Police Department. He is also a Field Training Officer, training other officers to train new hires. Lt. Brown has been married to his supportive wife for 22 years and they have two wonderful children.
